Eye Design Group was founded in October 2007, by Ms. Iris A. Essex, after realizing that the 9-5 work place was not meeting her spiritual or financial goals and was becoming very unfulfilling. After the employment took a turn for the "oh-no-not-me" atmosphere, Iris decided to follow her passion for creativity, design, and helping young women who had fallen on bad times. Through several name changes and some tough decisions, Eye Design Group was formed. It has become one of the most important goals of Eye Design Group to reach one and teach one. The company has been involved with several organizations whose primary focus is the betterment of women. Getting young women to understand that they must respect themselves and love themselves unconditionally first, is one of the primary goals. Through various channels, Eye Design Group has reached several young women and made a huge difference in their lives. In the coming weeks, some of them will be featured in this blog site.
